Hello! I am Monica Huang, a Service Designer and Researcher passionate about leveraging research, systems thinking, and environmental factors to inform strategic decisions and drive innovative product design. My design approach focuses on understanding the interaction between people and products, as well as the impact environments have on human behavior.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Environments Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master's degree in Industrial Design Engineering and Innovation from Politecnico di Milano. Additionally, I have taken extension courses in Graphic Design at ArtCenter College to further enhance my design skills, making me a well-rounded designer with strong fundamental design skills.

My experience as a researcher at the United Nations and the Human-Computer Interaction Institute sharpened my user research and organizational skills. At Le Bonheur Industrial Corporation, I refined my service design expertise and gained a broad understanding of business operations, including international trade, manufacturing, project management, and logistics. This allows me to approach design challenges with both creative and operational insights.

When I am not at work, you can find me in the gym, playing tennis, traveling and enjoying time with friends.
